One of the best handheld console games of all time.
These games are easily some of, if not my favorite Pokémon games ever.
A big risk was taken, and whole new region with the only available options in the main story being new Pokémon doesn't sound like a smart move on paper, but in execution it works near flawlessly.
The region design is also incredibly strong, and flows together seamlessly from route to route, town to town. Not to mention the rivals in this game are some of the best in the series, with Bianca having a good character arc and Cheren being the classic competitive rival.
The story is also one of the better ones in the series, with Team Plasma easily ranking as a top 3 evil team in Pokémon.
If you're a Pokémon fan and haven't played these games, stop what you're doing and PLAY THEM!!!!
