Incredible Story, STRESSFUL Gameplay

Majora's Mask is subject to a lot of praise, and it's for very, very good reason. The game's got some of the best writing in the entire Zelda franchise. It's unique, but it's still a solid Zelda game. That being said, if you're prone to stress from time limits, just watch someone else play it. This game will destroy your nerves.

Termina is one of the most fleshed-out locations in all of Zelda. The amount of love and care that went into crafting the dialogue of the NPCs, the many sidequests, and the main story itself is nothing short of incredible. The way that everyone reacts to the looming moon tells you so much about each of them, even if they've only got a few lines of speech. The 4 regions all have their own cultures and history, something it did just as well as Ocarina of Time (if not better). Again, I cannot praise the worldbuilding enough.

The 3 day time loop is not bad, by any means! It's something I've not seen done in many other games, and it's pulled off very well. It's meant to be somewhat stress-inducing. The thing is, the stress makes it more difficult for me to enjoy the game. I'm an anxious person. Time limits do NOT help. But if this is something you can handle, the game is 100% worth playing.
