Crysis 3

Crysis 3 fell into a similar trap as other third titles in major series (see: Mass Effect, Dead Space, etc.): it leaned a bit too hard into the action and ended up jumping the shark. While Crysis 2 was the stronger game in most ways, the graphics, story beats, and gunplay were real standouts in Crysis 3. I found it to be a strong conclusion to the saga, even if it wasn't the strongest entry.
