Rage Management, Orc Edition

The follow-up from Fika Productions, the Quebec City indie studio behind the co-op roguelite Ship of Fools, Don't Kill Them All arrives in Early Access in Fall 2026 with a demo already playable on Steam ahead of Next Fest.

The game's central tension is mechanical and tonal at once: your Orcs want to slaughter everything in sight, and your job is to stop them just long enough to actually loot the place. That push and pull between frenzy and restraint runs through every system on offer.

The Experience

You play as Warchief of an Orc clan dropped into procedurally generated raids, managing a rage meter that, if left unchecked, triggers a full "KILL THEM ALL" spiral that costs you everything you came for. Between raids, the game shifts register entirely: back at camp, your Orcs develop hobbies, pursue passions, and gradually turn a battered settlement into a proper stronghold.

The base-building layer feeds directly into combat. New structures unlock abilities, captured enemies rot in a camp prison generating resources, and crafted gear ranges from the practical to the absurd, including a terracotta pot worn proudly as a helmet.

Who Should Play This

Don't Kill Them All sits at the intersection of turn-based tactical raiding and camp management, with a comedic tone that keeps the stakes light even when the systems are not. The game launches into Early Access on PC via Steam in Fall 2026, with a free demo available now. Players who enjoy the loop of Darkest Dungeon's expedition-and-recovery rhythm, but want something considerably less punishing in mood, should find this worth watching.
