More than just a meme manga, it is a masterpiece

The multi-generational story of the Joestar family may have become a meme, but the manga still stands as one of Weekly Shonen Jump's greatest works, and its lasting popularity is proof of that. The manga started slow with Part 1, Phantom Blood, but the pace quickly picks up and Jonathan makes a very relatable protagonist. As for Part 2, Joseph, the best protagonist in my opinion, is downright hilarious. With Part 3, Jotaro is cool and a complete badass. The same can be said for the other protagonists in the later parts of the series, yes, but there is just something about Jotaro. The stories of the various parts are all classics in their own right and it is a must-read for any manga fan.
