Well worth a read, and stronger than the TV show

While not the most compelling dystopian series I've ever read, the Wool saga is a solid and unique look at life after an apocalyptic event. I found myself embroiled in the politics of the silo and at times, like the characters, almost forgetting the overall apocalyptic situation. I did feel like the final installment in the series jumped the shark a little bit, but this is still a series I plan to reread.

As a side note, the TV adaptation has been pretty uneven through two seasons. The first was excellent, but the second felt pretty boring much of the time.
